CHAPTER 1: Jealousy
refrain from finding fault with others, and always focusing on their negative side and what they're doing wrong
refrain from bribing others with favors and gifts in an effort to buy their love and esteem
refrain from insincerely flattering others in an attempt to win their love and esteem
refrain from accusing others of being disloyal based on suspicion and no evidence
refrain from thwarting others in their search for love by putting stumbling blocks in their path
refrain from gossiping and talking destructively of others behind their backs
refrain from stalking, spying and snooping
refrain from devaluing a competitor to make yourself look more desirable
refrain from begging and pleading for others attention and love
CHAPTER 2: Envy
refrain from criticizing others to tear them down
refrain from seeking to discredit others and their doctrines, when they violate no one's right and freedoms
refrain from sabotaging others efforts to find prosperity and recognition in life
refrain from doubting others and using discouraging words that oppose their noble desires
refrain from competing with others in unfriendly competition, to prove your superiority over them
CHAPTER 3: Intolerance
refrain from bullying others and pushing them around because their beliefs or lifestyles differ when they don't violate or revoke anyone's rights and freedoms
refrain from shaming and humiliating others for their faults and mistakes
refrain from mocking others for their faults and mistakes
refrain from censoring others and killing the liberty of speech
refrain from vilifying those who disagree with you, when they violate no one’s rights and freedoms
refrain from shunning others for their differing beliefs or lifestyles, or for their faults or mistakes
refrain from fear-mongering
CHAPTER 4: Lust
refrain from fornicating
refrain from committing adultery
refrain from seducing others into committing adultery
refrain from masturbating to anyone not your spouse
refrain from ogling anyone not your spouse
refrain from groping anyone not your spouse
refrain from flirting with anyone not your mate
CHAPTER 5: Greed
refrain from leeching off the fruits of others efforts
refrain from performing as little service as possible for as much compensation as can be obtained
refrain from cheating others out of their fair share
refrain from gambling money on games of chance and luck
refrain from stealing that which does not belong to you
refrain from enslaving others and profiting without giving them an equivalent compensation for the service they’ve rendered
refrain from demanding more compensation than the service is worth
refrain from accepting bribes
CHAPTER 6: Self-Righteousness
refrain from ordering others around without their consent or cooperation
refrain from judging and condemning others based on their beliefs or lifestyle, where no one's rights and freedoms were violated or revoked
refrain from seeking to reform others from opposing beliefs or lifestyles, where no one's rights or freedom are violated or revoked
refrain from refuting and arguing with others over differences in beliefs or lifestyles, so long as no one’s rights and freedoms are being violated or revoked
refrain from virtue-signalling and calling attention to your acts of righteousness or charity for the purpose of furthering your reputation
refrain from chastising or scolding others for their faults and mistakes
CHAPTER 7: Anger
refrain from cussing and swearing
refrain from exploding into rages
refrain from threatening to punish others in some way
refrain from destroying others’ property
refrain from name-calling and hurling insults at others
refrain from scolding others
refrain from reviling others for their offenses against you
CHAPTER 8: Revenge
refrain from spiting others by harming yourself or others to hurt them
refrain from assaulting others and causing them injury
refrain from snitching on others and bringing grief into their relations and affairs
refrain from berating others for injuring you
CHAPTER 9: Hatred
refrain from holding grudges against others for past or present wrongs, or the perception of them
refrain from discriminating against others because of a difference of religious perspectives
refrain from discriminating against others because of a difference of political perspectives
refrain from discriminating against others because of a difference of economic perspectives
refrain from discriminating against others because of a difference of racial inheritance
refrain from discriminating against others because of a difference of gender
refrain from discriminating against others because of a difference of sexual attraction

refrain from the use of slurs
CHAPTER 10: Conceit
refrain from bragging about yourself, your possessions, abilities, connections or achievements
refrain from flaunting your assets, whether wealth or beauty
refrain from gloating over others for having a lesser station than you, or because of their adversities or defeats
refrain from seeking personal glory by defeating adversaries
refrain from belittling others
refrain from taunting others
CHAPTER 11: Intellectual Vanity
refrain from preaching at others without first gaining their consent
refrain from trying to convert others to your beliefs or lifestyle when their ears are unwilling
refrain from refuting others doctrines to prove them wrong and yourself right
refrain from explaining things to others like they’re dumb
refrain from scoffing at others for their faults and mistakes
refrain from giving others advice and counsel they never asked you for
refrain from psychoanalyzing others as if you are the expert on them
refrain from correcting others errors without their consent
CHAPTER 12: Fear
refrain from apologizing, for fear of a loss of approval
refrain from avoiding the association of anyone, including those who may be causing you grief
refrain from giving evasive answers to direct questions
refrain from cautioning others who take risks in the pursuit of happiness
refrain from coddling others in their plights
refrain from stuttering, stammering, mumbling, or muttering
CHAPTER 13: Selfishness
refrain from trolling others just to provoke responses in them
refrain from blathering on without noticing if the listener is receptive
refrain from hording all you can get and seeking after more than can be put to constructive use
refrain from breaking your promises
refrain from threatening blackmail to reveal damaging information about others for personal gain
CHAPTER 14: Self-Pity
refrain from complaining and grumbling about your undesirable circumstances
refrain from blaming others for any undesirable circumstances
refrain from guilt-tripping others for their past mistakes to punish or control them
refrain from meddling in others’ relations and affairs
CHAPTER 15: Deceit
refrain from lying to others, and concealing the truth
refrain from slandering others to damage their reputations untruthfully
refrain from framing others to make them look guilty of something they’re not
refrain from practicing cowardice and assaulting others outside their awareness
refrain from plagiarizing others work and passing it off as your own
refrain from catfishing others into believing your identity is something different than it is
refrain from gaslighting others and trying to convince them they’re guilty of something they’re not
CHAPTER 16: Disloyalty
refrain from betraying the long-term commitments you’ve made to others
refrain from stabbing others in the back and betraying their trust
CHAPTER 17: Impatience
refrain from interrupting others, except when clarification is necessary
refrain from pestering others
refrain from interrogating others by bombarding them with question after question
refrain from nagging others to do what you want
CHAPTER 18: Mercilessness
refrain from persecuting others by inflicting unjust treatment on them
refrain from depriving others of the needs of their body, mind and soul
refrain from imprisoning others and revoking their liberty unless they pose a threat to others; refrain from inflicting a greater punishment for a lesser crime
CHAPTER 19: Cruelty
refrain from torturing others
refrain from mutilating others
refrain from raping others
refrain from murdering others
